(I saw this on another forum and thought it was a good thread idea) This doesn't necessarily mean your favorite movie, but your favorite dvd.
It could be your favorite movie, a rare dvd, a dvd that you got signed by someone, or a dvd that just has an awesome box.
It's hard for me to think of just one so here's a few that I would say are my favorites:
-The Sleepaway Camp Survival Kit I have the original version of this box set which has a red cross logo on the front. I guess the American Red Cross didn't appreciate their logo being on the cover of a horror movie set so the sets with the red cross logo were replaced with sets that didn't have the logo on it. I read that the set with the red cross logo is harder to find than the set without it.
-Phantasm 2 German bootleg dvd Phantasm 2 hasn't been released on dvd in the US(i'm not sure of the exact reason), so I was really surprised to find a dvd of it at a pawn shop. I bought it and posted on a phantasm forum asking if anyone knew where it was from and a few people replied saying that they thought it was a bootleg dvd from Germany. It has 2 discs, one is the theatrical version and the other is the rough cut workprint. I'm not sure how rare it is but it's one of my favorite dvds.
Post yours and feel free to maybe post pics

The Devils Rejects- Favorite movie of all time, never let it go.
Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 Gruesome Edition - The Moseley, Savini, Williams commentary is one of the best out there.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 Gruesome Edition - The Moseley, Savini, Williams commentary is one of the best out there. I need to get this. I really want to see Joe Bob Briggs' deleted scene.

Well, I just heard that Phantasm 2 will be getting an official US dvd release in September! I think the perfect way to celebrate that would be to have someone from the Phantasm series at Crypticon! I'd love to meet Angus Scrimm

His Name was Jason. Interesting documentary on the Friday the 13th series. Plus Savini hosting is the added bonus.
